i used paint markers from japan and then a layer of red posca.. but im sure u can bye similar paint markers where you are.

u can use any waterproof permanent marker as long as u prep the shoes with acetone

i used "platinum paint markers" i got them in Japan ( i live in japan) but u should be able to find something similar wherever you are.
