@TOM2741 Skill can be hard to measure. BUT you can do something that will increase your skill that is measureable. Like Practice. "I will practice 45 mins a day everyday for 4 weeks."
So this practice is measureable and will undoubtedly increase your skill... Try setting your own goal though, something that works for you.
