However there were a few mistakes that they missed (a small taster of this is on 'the package' were all the covenant enemies for some reason all have lime green blood when shot at). On the subject of racism, why is it that throughout this collection of short stories, 'the-black-guy' always dies first in (what many would call) a dishonourable manner in comparison with other characters.

Halo legends is awesome! My personal favs are origins (part 1&2) and the package. Prototype was great too since it gave the story from the perspective of the normal soldiers, Babysitter was good aswell since it had a nice twist to it with some Awesome action scenes. The Duel purposely "transposes" the look of Tokugawa Japan into Sanghelios to convey the story of The Arbiter. Themes of "honor", of forsaking the technology of "outsiders" adopted by his leaders, a fallen "shogun", all fall into line with Japan's encounter with The West.
No problems in Babysitter, the brief didn't say "sure as hell **not human**", rather "not by us [the UNSC]". Halo's firing wiped out all sorts of "people" before, remember?

the animation seems very good, some of this reminded me of the anime i saw as a kid in the 90's and early 00's. it'll be nice heading down Nostalgia Lane. plus, i'm a halo fanboy :D
Cause it's a fun shooter with weapons and stuffs that you don't get to see in other shooters, maybe? I've never seen a sticky grenade in a FPS before Halo 1 came out.
Weapons and "stuffs". Excluding your shining grammar and vast experience in video games, I'll just mention two of the FPS games that had a sticky grenade way before halo - Red Faction and Time Splitters.
Heh, nice try picking a fight. Not a Halo fan here, but Halo pretty much popularized many things. Dual weild, shield system as replacement for health bar, sci-fi vehicle that actually implement believable physics, that bubble shield, gravity lift platform (MGS4 later mimic this one). Never said Halo 'invented' them, but 'do it right' (ala unique). Quite fun to play when you don't take its cheesy story seriously. Oh and I wouldn't call RF or TS 'way before Halo'.
I watched these, they were great. Minor story discrepancies, but other than that the animation was great, the stories were good, and so was the acting. People need to stop taking Halo so seriously.
I feel really sorry for the kids that say they don't like anime here. They're obviously too young to remember the glory days of Toonami. My advice, watch some Gundam Wing. See if it doesn't change your mind.
They need to make a halo legends and not put different storys in it and keep it at one thing

the animation seems very good, some of this reminded me of the anime i saw as a kid in the 90's and early 00's. it'll be nice heading down Nostalgia Lane. plus, i'm a halo fanboy :D

Cause it's a fun shooter with weapons and stuffs that you don't get to see in other shooters, maybe? I've never seen a sticky grenade in a FPS before Halo 1 came out.

Weapons and "stuffs". Excluding your shining grammar and vast experience in video games, I'll just mention two of the FPS games that had a sticky grenade way before halo - Red Faction and Time Splitters.

Heh, nice try picking a fight. Not a Halo fan here, but Halo pretty much popularized many things. Dual weild, shield system as replacement for health bar, sci-fi vehicle that actually implement believable physics, that bubble shield, gravity lift platform (MGS4 later mimic this one). Never said Halo 'invented' them, but 'do it right' (ala unique). Quite fun to play when you don't take its cheesy story seriously. Oh and I wouldn't call RF or TS 'way before Halo'.

I watched these, they were great. Minor story discrepancies, but other than that the animation was great, the stories were good, and so was the acting. People need to stop taking Halo so seriously.
I feel really sorry for the kids that say they don't like anime here. They're obviously too young to remember the glory days of Toonami. My advice, watch some Gundam Wing. See if it doesn't change your mind.
