I consider any connection of religion with love the corruption of a pure and good emotion. It exists just fine outside faith. It does not require some higher spiritual power to justify its existence. Instead, the spiritual should be justified by the standards that these pure emotions help to form and play a part in. And note that I say "help to form" as they are only one part in determining a standard. We must use the all the faculties granted to us, and examine ourselves thoroughly.

It's hard to tell young people it is okay to drink because how do you know when just drink ends and drunk begins?? begins drunkards as we know do not inherit heaven... and beer just leads to more beer,, well what about Jesus? well he was perfect so he drank til one more drink would be drunk if he even drank alcohol which is debated.. but Galatians 5:5 teaches how we want righteousness and wait through faith.. good preaching teach them to want righteousness

You might want to ask yourself why you respond in such a harsh manner to someone that is only teaching what is written in the Bible. Is it the man? What has he done that is wrong? Is it the message? If so, then why attack the man? It is understandable that you would be upset, because the message of God exposes our own failings, and you probably aren't used to that. God loves you anyway, regardless how much you say you hate Him. Remember, He died for you, and now offers you life beyond death.
