@JustForTheJokes Yeah. The hipster Ryan is kind of a douche, but I have to admit that I find him funnier. Plus the Ryan in the earlier seasons wasn't very vocal. He was very timid and quite. Ever since he was promoted to vice president of Dunder Mifflin and fired, he has been a lot more outgoing and talkative. He's also a lot more laid back. I don't think that I would want the old Ryan back, but they can tone down his douchbagginess (made up that word for lack of a better word).
