The shark was near to the shore....in about 2 feet deep water, that's how the uncle could drag it to the shore. Also, the shark was hungry and weak at the time of the attack.

No it was on shark bite summer he was alive and his arm was in the shark and the uncle pulled it out and it was un harmed and the boy got it reaattached hes alive.

what pisses me off is that they show a huge great white shark in the middle of the attack, to scare people most likely but thats ridiculous and 8 foot bull shark doesn't match up with a 15-20 foot great white. BIG diffrence...

Yeah that is really stupid. I think it is because most people aren't able to tell the difference. Even if it wasn't moving so fast most people couldn't tell the difference.
It is probably just because Discovery channel had a fake great white and not a fake bull shark.

The shark was near to the shore....in about 2 feet deep water, that's how the uncle could drag it to the shore. Also, the shark was hungry and weak at the time of the attack.
