@EmmaThePrincess & company : correctly put this is an mv commercial for the cel phone and yes it is a take off of Hey Mickey from the 80's and SNSD most likely paid for the rights to use the music since it is copyright protected. there r a-lot mv commercials worldwide and is the current trend to sell products as this is the nature of the marketing business.
