well i teach at Berlitz & we dont do it in two weeks !!
we do promote you from a certain level to another in a period of SIX weeks(18 classes) !
once you complete the 5th level you can speak perfectly....& we don't concentrate on writing...mainly speaking the language & understanding exactly what's being said.
