You have to get Packie's respect to 75%, and then you choose him on your phone book, and there will be an option to get a bomb, you click it, pick the bomb up, walk behind a car, and plant. THEN you pick packie again and click detonate, and then the rest is pretty self-explainatory
boring as fuck, and not many of the perks you get from people are worth it.
you get jacob as a gun dealer who comes to you, packie for bombs, roman for free cabs, dwayne for some armed goons for backup, brucie for heli rides to different places, and thats about it.
but you MUST do things with them like playing darts, quite a few times.
do all the taxi missions for roman, and the deliveries for jacob to get theirs
when you hang out with your friends they like you more , if you get packie to like you 75 % he gives you the car bomb , you phone him up and he comes and gives you it , the you put it on a car phone the bomb and boom.
ohh yeah i forget about poeple stealing your car in singleplayer but i ment online, it would be good to have it on free mode online having set a carbomb and watching someone drive off only blow him up.. lol

You have to get Packie's respect to 75%, and then you choose him on your phone book, and there will be an option to get a bomb, you click it, pick the bomb up, walk behind a car, and plant. THEN you pick packie again and click detonate, and then the rest is pretty self-explainatory

you need to do activities with them.
boring as fuck, and not many of the perks you get from people are worth it.
you get jacob as a gun dealer who comes to you, packie for bombs, roman for free cabs, dwayne for some armed goons for backup, brucie for heli rides to different places, and thats about it.
but you MUST do things with them like playing darts, quite a few times.
do all the taxi missions for roman, and the deliveries for jacob to get theirs

when you hang out with your friends they like you more , if you get packie to like you 75 % he gives you the car bomb , you phone him up and he comes and gives you it , the you put it on a car phone the bomb and boom.
