Basically, the general plot is the guy is a terrorist/assassin who needs to kill a deputy secretary but he needs the girl's cooperation to make it work because she's a manager for the hotel the secretary is staying at. If she doesn't help, the guy will kill her dad.
@terry2003terry2003 they called it red eye because when you go on a flight @ night they call it a 'Red Eye' flight. And Rachel fly's a red eye to Miami so... Yeah. :D

Nice trailer! At last one trailer that doesn't spoil you the plot of the film and also keeps you without knowing what will happens. All trailers nowadays tell you the whole movie.
This movie was good enough but the trailer was odd. I didnt mind the fact that it made it out to be a romance at 1st. That was a good trailer twist but it made it out to be some sort of horror movie with Cillians red eye and emphasizing Wes Craven as the director. I'd say thrillers are more watched than horrors and they should have made the trailer based on that fact :)

I absolutely love this trailer. I remember watching it in theaters and I thought, "ugh, another cliched romance movie" then at 1:15, when the actual tone of the movie became clear, I thought "Holy crap. This looks good!" even though I actually had no idea about the actual plot.
I remember seeing the trailer for the first time and thinking it was either a romcom or a rom/drama.. then it took a turn and i realised it was a thriller lol. I was actually excited because I loved Cillian Murphy in 28 Days Later and always thought he'd make a good bad guy

I absolutely love this trailer. I remember watching it in theaters and I thought, "ugh, another cliched romance movie" then at 1:15, when the actual tone of the movie became clear, I thought "Holy crap. This looks good!" even though I actually had no idea about the actual plot.

I remember seeing the trailer for the first time and thinking it was either a romcom or a rom/drama.. then it took a turn and i realised it was a thriller lol. I was actually excited because I loved Cillian Murphy in 28 Days Later and always thought he'd make a good bad guy
