Last time I am going to say this. Goku and Vegeta needed to fuse to beat Super Buu. Goku, ALONE was able to keep up with Kid Buu. So unless you are trying to suggest that Goku is stronger than Vegitto...
There is no way I'm suggesting Goku is stronger than Vegito. Ok you remember when Super Buu was reverting back to Kid Buu? There was a moment inbetween where he was "Buff Buu". He had a sudden surge of power and was stronger than he used to be, (nobody absorbed besides fat buu). Then that power suddenly dropped when he became Kid Buu. Goku and Vegeta were relieved and they had both agreed on the fact that they didn't need earrings to beat Kid Buu.
Super buu when he had Gotenks in him was toying with Goku for the few secounds Goku fought him as SS3 while Gohan tried to find the earing. At least Goku posed somewhat of a threat to kid buu, To super buu he was childs play. Why would Goku fuse when he was super buu then not fuse when he was kid buu saying and i quote. "It wouldn't be fair to fuse because Buu is no longer a fused being." Goku knew their chances were better now and knew they stood a chance unlike before he knew they had to fuse.

you are half right. I believe Super buu with no absorbtions is weaker than kid buu but any super buu after that could smash kid buu in 5 seconds. Goku fought evenly with kid buu, yet super buu + gotenks toyed with goku and would of defeated both Gohan and Goku with ease, only by still toying with them.

GT is not Fanmade. AKIRA MADE SSJ4 GOKU's DESIGN. Akira made the character designs but had no involvement with the story.Same thing as GT. Super Buu and Kid Buu in my opinion was weak compared to a ssj3. They both could go pound for pound with an ssj3. However, Goku could have killed Fat Buu and Kid Buu but didn't for some stupid reasons. Gotenks could have killed Super Buu if he was serious. And finally Gohan could have killed Super Buu if he wasn't showing off.
Speaking of which.The anime claims Kid Buu is the strongest Buu. But in the manga it's actually not stated. Toei screwed up on the fact their change and heres why:
1.Goku stated that if he was at full power he could have easily beaten Kid Buu.But Goku wasn't able to fight Gohan Buu at SSJ3 at all, he was just getting smacked around.
2.Kid Buu obviously can't be the strongest, because he lost the power of Gohan and the other people he absorbed.Which would mean that Super Buu is stronger than KB

Absorbing the Z fighters made him stronger, since he stated it himself when he absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo that he was now stronger than he'd ever been, and he knows what he was like in every form, including Kid Buu. Since he later states after absorbing Gohan that he's even stronger than before, it means he's stronger as Super Buu w/ Z Fighters absorbed than Kid Buu.

it always been confusing to me rememeber that 1 episode when supreme kai explains the history of buu and how the other kai's where killed by him. he said his base form(kid buu)was his strongest form but when he start absorbing the kai's not only he change forms but lose a lot of his power due to the fact that the kai's weak powers became his own. i also understand where you could argue that super boo is stronger since super sayain 3 gotrinks is hella more stronger then any kai.
Super Buu was the strongest do to Gotenks, Piccolo, and Mystic Gohan combined with Buus already extreme power. Kid Buu is his purest, rawest energy form so although hes is still powerful, hes is still weaker, thats why Goku refuses to do the fusion again.
When buu absorbed gohan, that was his most powerfull stage, Kid buu is just crazy, that is why everyone thinks he's the most pwerfull. Now if were talking non-cannon, then it's Janemba from movie 12 who is the most powerfull.

Yeah.. Cell was definitely the coolest villain of the DBZ series (still wish the original story author woulda been able to stick with it :/) After the cell saga some other jerkoff took over the story script, and decided to throw Gohan in the trash / make him borderline gay.
I think it's his overall theme, considering its just called "Cell theme" on one of the Bruce Faulconer soundtracks. It just plays more when he's in his second form as Bruce didn't come up with a specific theme it (and why should he? Semi-Perfect Cell was just there to bridge the gap. Though Toriyama did plan to keep that form around for longer, but his editor told him to get rid of it because he thought it "looked funny."

Its not that hard to understand, SSj3 Goku is stronger than Fat Buu. Goku at SSj3 CANT beat Kid Buu which makes Kid buu stronger than Fat Buu. Gotenks was stronger than Fat Buu but EQUAL to Super Buu. Mystik Gohan is stronger than Super Buu and Gotenks. Gotenks Buu is stronger than Mystik Gohan...now Because Gohan was passed out from being absorbed by buu you fail to see KID BUU LOOSE TO MYSTIK GOHAN. That makes GOHAN BUU THE STRONGEST FORM NOT KID BUU.

KID BUU is the strongest! that was his strongest/evilest form ever!Then he absorbed buff kai (not his name but what ever) then sence he absorbed Fat Kai He was always a lot weaker from doing so then when goku and vegeta took it out of him after so long he became himself,seems odd though, fat buu is fat kai,but they never took out a buff buu that was like buff kai. Super Buu and Kid Buu in my opinion was weak compared to a ssj3. They both could go pound for pound with an ssj3. However, Goku could have killed Fat Buu and Kid Buu but didn't for some stupid reasons. Gotenks could have killed Super Buu if he was serious. And finally Gohan could have killed Super Buu if he wasn't showing off.

Speaking of which.The anime claims Kid Buu is the strongest Buu. But in the manga it's actually not stated. Toei screwed up on the fact their change and heres why:
1.Goku stated that if he was at full power he could have easily beaten Kid Buu.But Goku wasn't able to fight Gohan Buu at SSJ3 at all, he was just getting smacked around.
2.Kid Buu obviously can't be the strongest, because he lost the power of Gohan and the other people he absorbed.Which would mean that Super Buu is stronger than KB

Actually the Anime company doesn't need to hear from the original creator.Thus why things like fillers are made.And yes Toei in fact did make the change to the Anime, the same way that he was able to make the movies, the only thing he did ask was for Toriyama to make the character designs.And the same way Toei was able to create DBGT is the same reason he was able to change the Anime.
Multiple Animes have the same thing done to them and in the end the Anime ends up making less sense.

Absorbing the Supreme Kais made Buu weaker. Absorbing the Z fighters made him stronger, since he stated it himself when he absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo that he was now stronger than he'd ever been, and he knows what he was like in every form, including Kid Buu. Since he later states after absorbing Gohan that he's even stronger than before, it means he's stronger as Super Buu w/ Z Fighters absorbed than Kid Buu.

They said he was the most dangerous, not the strongest. You're thinking of the anime, which basically had this: SSJ3 Goku = Kid Buu > Mystic Gohan > Super Buu = SSJ3 Gotenks. In the manga, evidence is shown to support this: Mystic Gohan > SSJ3 Gotenks > Super Buu > SSJ3 Goku = Kid Buu. Read the manga. It's a lot better for facts than the filler-filled anime.

They take the content from the original manga (written by Toriyama) and put it into a TV show, using extra scenes (AKA, filler; made by TOEI) to make said anime longer. it always been confusing to me rememeber that 1 episode when supreme kai explains the history of buu and how the other kai's where killed by him. he said his base form(kid buu)was his strongest form but when he start absorbing the kai's not only he change forms but lose a lot of his power due to the fact that the kai's weak powers became his own. i also understand where you could argue that super boo is stronger since super sayain 3 gotrinks is hella more stronger then any kai.

Super Buu was the strongest do to Gotenks, Piccolo, and Mystic Gohan combined with Buus already extreme power. Kid Buu is his purest, rawest energy form so although hes is still powerful, hes is still weaker, thats why Goku refuses to do the fusion again.

I think it's his overall theme, considering its just called "Cell theme" on one of the Bruce Faulconer soundtracks. It just plays more when he's in his second form as Bruce didn't come up with a specific theme it (and why should he? Semi-Perfect Cell was just there to bridge the gap. Though Toriyama did plan to keep that form around for longer, but his editor told him to get rid of it because he thought it "looked funny."
