  • Copper tone is notorious for containing Mineral Oil or Petroleum which is very harmful and aging to your skin. These ingredients cause the skin to age up to 50% faster.

  • I was reading up on sunless tanners and there are some funky chemicals in a lot of them. However i do want to have a bit of a tan for summer. Any suggestions for an organic sunless tanner?

  • Hi, there are quite a few organic sunless tanners on the market that use natural ingredients. I have not yet tried one to recommend to you so you may want to Google them and read up on it.

  • your a very pretty woman, and you do got very nice skin, and your face has a nice tan lok. u look great!

  • well ok i play sports and i love it but i also enjoy getting a tan in the process does sunscrene actualy protect u without causing wrinkles in the future?

  • Hi, sunscreen does protect you from future wrinkles as well as skin cancers, so if you are playing sports in the sun like tennis, etc. you should be wearing it if you want to protect your skin. Thanks for your comment :o)

  • @TheKaitlynrose You'll get wrinkles one way or another, js.

  • You have an amazing body

I'm 17 and your body is a whole lot nicer then mine

  • Is sunscreen and sunblock the same? cause i want the one that prevents darkening on skin. I play outdoors alot and i cant stop being outdoors. So whish is better that helps prevent? sunblock or sunscreen.

  • Hi, that's a very good question. Sunblock is not transparent or translucent, it is impenetrable to light and blocks almost all of the sun's UVA and UVB rays. It consists mostly of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. You can see it on your skin; think lifeguards with white noses. Also, you don't have to reapply every few hours. So for sun protection sunblock is superior to sunscreen. Sunscreens are very good though and blend right into your skin. Just get one with a high SPF (30 or more).

  • I loved this video. I live in Canada, so we have snow right now, but i wear sunblock all year round anyway :)

  • @DedreannaD

the rays of the sun actually bounce off the snow which increases the damage of the uv rays!

good thing you're wearing that sunblock. ;-)

  • Hihi , i dun wan to get sun tan , instead i want to hav fair skin. But , sadly im a sports player , how do u tink i can still get fair skin despite th fact that i play sports outdoors? ITs a cca .

  • Hi, I understand your situation. The best thing you can do is to wear sunscreen and whenever possible stand in the shade.

  • Another great video ~ it's extremely informative. I also appreciate the reference you made to sunglasses. It's very important to wear sunglasses & chose ones that offer UV protection. I was recently watching an episode of The Doctor's & they mentioned Eye Cancer & the importance of protecting the eyes from UV, just as we would our skin! Eye Cancer was something I never really had heard about. Again, thanks for taking the time to make a great video like this; it is wonderful & well done!

  • Just felt compelled to say...you are just so very beautiful!

  • meant*

  • thanks for the tips!! i always tell everyone to wear sunblock because its important to protect ourselfs from any sun damage that can lead to skin CANCER. :( by the way , you have a great body, i hope when i have kids i can be this fit too!!! thanks again!

  • you look great.. how many kids do you have?

  • why thank you :o) I have two children.

  • your so skinny!!

  • shes not that skinny

  • i think what "ilubelsalvador" means is that , shes not scary skinny, she slim and fit which is very flattering.

  • lol yea thats exaclty what i mean but i guess people thought i was calling her fat ohh wells:]

  • i loved this vid!!!

thank you:))) and your son takes videos great:))

  • Thank You!! I will pass that along to him; he'll be thrilled to hear that :o)

  • Just curious :P.... Who films your videos?

  • My son! How do you think he's doing?

  • lol you sound so natural! How do you do it?

  • Hi, thanks for the compliment! I'm just being myself :o)

  • I love this video. P.s. You can send the swimsuit to me.

  • You are so beautiful! I have used the Jergen's self tanning lotion and it leaves an odor on my skin. Do you know of a lotion that is odorless or at least smells nice?

  • Hi, that is always the downfall with these products. I always shower when I'm done with the tanning time. I haven't yet come across one that doesn't leave some kind of after odor, but one of my viewers suggested Dove Energy Glow as a good one. Perhaps give that one a try.

  • Thanks for discussing this important topic. Tanning sun beds are just as damaging. My mother is addicted to them and has skin like leather now.

I always exfoliate (not oil based!) and moisturise (the new Vaseline moisturising aloe gel is great for that purpose) before putting on self tanner, with a tanning mitten for eveness and to make less of a mess. I've benn using l'oreal for years, don't think we have those brands in Europe you mention. Great tip about spf body lotion!!!

  • Thank you for sharing! I'm so glad you liked this video :o)

  • good tips. thanks. wooooooooow you have kids !! you look very young !!! how many you have !!:)

  • Hi, thank you for your wonderful compliment! I have two children :o)

  • well the only thing i need to tan is my feet lol

  • aw... I wish I would look that good in a bikini... T_T

  • Another really helpful video, thanks hun :) x

  • You're very welcome! I'm glad you liked it :o)

  • And what about hair? Do you know any tip to protect it? I have long hair too and I must to cut it always after every summer because it's very damaged.

    P.S: Sorry for my english!

  • Your English is wonderful! Summer can be such a drying time for hair. Try to keep it conditioned when you are in the sun or swimming. Use a conditioner or I like to use jojoba or coconut oil, or if you want to deep condition it while in the sun at the beach use olive oil. When you shampoo it when you get home, it will be beautifully soft. Other suggestions are wearing a hat when possible or placing it in a bun to protect it.

  • Lucky husband.....to have such a nature wise beautiful lady!

  • Aren't you sweet. Thank you; that's very kind :o)

  • I didn't know that the sun could be reflected by the snow. That was a revelation. Thanks!

  • Oh, I'm so glad I could share something new with you :o)

  • @LadyMystery1234 Thats why global warming gets worst very fast since snow is melting that means the earth absorbs more heat

  • Are there any health risks to treating your skin with the dye?

  • I have not read or heard of any and it's been around for many years. Thanks for your comment!

  • i dont know if this is true but dr. oz from the oprea show said that to live longer you should spend 15 min in the sun every day..dont know but its interesting and something to research i guess :)

  • Hi, I definitely agree with him. I mentioned in my vid 5-15 minutes is very beneficial. Small amounts of sun is really all we need to stay healthy. So many people overdo it. I love Dr. Oz! He is terrific and so easy to understand. I think he really helps a lot of people. I love Oprah too, although I've missed a lot of her shows lately due to my schedule. Thanks so much for sharing.

  • another great video! =D thanks for the advice, i use jergens natural glow and it works well, but i want to try this new "sunlove" product i heard about. i love your videos!

  • I would love to here how you like it. Please keep me posted. Thanks for the terrific feedback on my video :o)

  • 5 Stars as usual:) Thnx for the product recommendation. I use Dove's Energy Glow which works quite well and doesn't stink. Jergens Natural Glow is good too, but phew, it sticks! lol. I'll be sure to check out the one you mentioned when I run out. :D

  • Hi, I agree with you about the Jergens, but they all seem to smell eventually, even if when you put them on they smell nice. It's like an after odor that develops. I wish they could eliminate that. Thanks for the 5 star feedback! I really appreciate it :o)

  • Thanks for sharing about the Dove's Energy glow. I'm definitely going to give it a try!
