this isnt white lion. this is tramp's white lion. mike tramp acknowledges that it can never be white lion without vito and the others, but he still wants to play their old music, so he gets other people to play with him. he knows that its not the same, but still ,its better than nothing.
yeh but its not the same oyu listen to the original way which vito plays the songs and they way this new guy plays it. its not the same it sound comnpletely different. its not that vito doesnt want to play with them and doesnt like them ive heard that hes just had enuff of the music industry adn touring all the time. he wants to kee away from all that stuff but he definately doesnt hate the other badn members.
Mike Tramp used to be the great lead singer in one of the worlds best rock'n'roll band White Lion. Now he looks like a desperate man in a meaningless copy-band! I think he has made some really great solo albums the last 10 years. I just dont get this White Lion trip he's on right now! I have heard him say White Lion was all about his voice - he is so wrong - White Lion was the sound, and without Vito Bratta's amazing guitar there will never be a White Lion again!
Vito Bratta went into a self-imposed retirement. Family issues and issues with the health of his hand have apparently kept him from playing and potentially being able to play. Up to this point, Vito has chosen not to play. Mike has tried to keep the band as relevent as possible, which means that Vito likely gets paid everytime that Mike goes out and generates any interest in White Lion. So, it is unclear whether Vito can play his own parts; the guitar player they have most certainly can.
Vito Bratta is still playing, and this friday he will be playing at L'Amour, Staten Island. I'm pretty sure he's still doing great - otherwise I dont think he would get on stage!
it is my understanding that he has only recently returned to playing....when was the LAST time you heard he was to play? If you read the tense of my e-mail, it is all past-tense...not present.
waste of time, no Vito nuf said

White Lion minus Vito? I don't think so.
But if what terminus says here is true, I understand Mike's position
