I know right!! I was at a Lupe concert in a club down in D.C. called "Love." The crowd was full of a bunch of young teenagers, but no one looked like they were having a good time. I swear I was the only live one in the crowd, and the sad part is I was in V.I.P.

Too bad Wayne did win most of the grammys including the one for best rap CD. Lupe is grotesquely underrated by everyone. I talk to my friends who listen to Hip Hop and most of them don't really know about Lupe. It SUCKS because he is so good. People are really missing out on something. He is not the stereotypical MC you usually see nowadays, he is better and beyond his time. No one can do it quite like Lupe can.

i completely agree, and those who do know of him seem to only know "Superstar" or "Paris Tokyo" and that's about it. I sure hope more people listen to more of his songs because his lyrics are powerful, articulate and meaningul. I'm glad though that he does have loyal fans that understand what he's about.
