@donwest420 First of all, you're invited to try to do it better, if you can't, then don't complain, second, I didn't stole it from Goldeneye, I did (at least I intended) to make a homage to that game, third, it was beta stage one and it was work in progress, and that means that the sprites were not fully edited, but I needed a base sprite to work on, fourth I took that weapon out shortly after uploading this video, as I prefered to keep the classic feeling putting back the original chaingun.

@SuperRaymon777 Extremeinvasion is still in beta, 0.6, they're working on it all day, it has millions of new weapons, monsters, awesome new coop-technic, epic music, amazing mapping, etc. etc. and town infection is number 3 on my list, so, number 1 is for extremeinvasion and tribute for 2, tribute has nice music, awesome bosses (NEDM, sparta, and satan. duh) So, stfu. and. GTFO

@doomaster1999 the tuning is Eb, or half tone lower than the standard tuning. About Skulltag, I play it, but from my own experience, playing this wad online (also you have to consider that this was is not 100% compatible with Skulltag) is a pain in the ass because of all the cutscenes stuff. For the water movement, you need to create a lump called ANIMDEFS in your wad, there put warp2 and the name of the flat you want to animate that way. I recommend using non-animated textures for that effeect.

@DanceOfDemon This is a very early version of the mod, later in the project I deleted those weapons to avoid problems with Rareware for using their stuff (they are direct screenshots of Goldeneye weapons) and they were the same thing as the chaingun, so I thought it was useless to have 3 different chainguns that did exactly the same thing.

@asad859 it is supposed to happen that way as those guns were deleted. I didn't delete their information but I deleted their selection key. I decided to take them out because they were exactly the same thing as the chaingun but with different graphics and sounds and it was feeling (at least for me) that I was getting away from my purpose of keeping some classic Doom gameplay. Any AK47 or M16 around in the final version of the game is a bug and not a feature. I surely forgot to delete some.

You should make it an option to play with your left hand or right hand. For some, like me, it is annoying to have to the player fight the the hand you don't want them to.

@GuitarDeity For me it's annoying too when the player fights with the right hand when I want the left one and that happens all the time and I'm not complaining about that with the makers of the games... Also, I create wads, I don't edit the source code of the game to include new features, the only way should be deleting the sprites of the modified weapons from the Town Infection wad or create an additional wad for the people who want him lefty or right handed.

@Smokeresu To load this mod you need ZDoom or GZDoom since those ports have features that the original Doom didn't, and those features are used in Town Infection. Town Infection was uploaded to filefront by me (it's the official link) and somebody put it on FilePlanet, get in one of those places. (the difference between both is that GZDoom works with OpenGL and have special 3D features not available in ZDoom, Town Infection is like 99% compatible with ZDoom)
