  • I want to be a frig'in hippie again :)

  • I'm really natural cuteness ;)

  • Don't listen tithe haters on here. Vibrams are great if you build up slowly as recommended. I used to get chin splints and knee pain in regular running shoes. These helped me run again. They're also great for strengthening weak ankles like mine. Also going barefoot in nature from time to time is great for undoing electromagnetic stress. This is not a hippy thing.

  • shes hot

  • 3:52 Thank you!!! I bought my pair of vibrams a few weeks ago and I really enjoy my pair as well. I read some advice somewhere else on the internet that I'll reiterate here: Work your way up when you're running!!! I decided to do sprints a couple days after buying my vibrams and although I really, really enjoyed it, my body was sore for three days afterwards. It's just like getting into fitness -- your body will thank you for it with time! She's right!

  • talk about posture....

  • you are smoking! ;)

  • People have been using and improving on footwear for tens of thousands of years. Now, all of a sudden, some granola hoarding hippie retard has discovered that shoes are bad. Lets stop building houses because getting hit by rain releases pent up energy. You can go live in nature the natural way if you want, the way people used to. (Which would be hunting meat, killing animals, and uh wearing primitive shoes so you can run and hunt faster.)

  • <3

  • @nosb10 Godamn hippy

  • @winstonian88 lol

  • I've been thinking about getting some of these, tried them on in a store. Now I watched your video and you totally convinced me. Going back to the store as soon as I post this comment.

  • Running barefoot "lets out free radicals and pent up electricity into the earth"?? Fascinating.Where did you find evidence for that?

  • You should never "run through the pain". If your feet or legs start hurting, you're overexerting yourself. Stop running, put on your old shoes, and walk back (if you're outside) or just turn off the treadmill (if you're inside). Transition to minimalist shoes slowly. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself when you're trying to make your body better!

  • She's right but sounds so uninformed and sounds like an idiot. The good news tho, is she's right about being barefoot. But "free radicals". Really?!

  • She looks like she is from Portland, not that that is a bad thing.

  • I am confused, at the beginning you talk about how great being barefoot is to release free radicals from your body... but then you talk about how great vibrams are... which essentially put a sole between you and the earth preventing the release of free radicals from your body? I don't think you have any clue about what you are talking about.

  • @merlionjr i think you are overly opinionated

  • i don't care what anyone says, i think you're adorable.

  • Go brush that masty hair.

  • i like the dirty look... do u shave her?

  • Love it.

  • The amazing spider-man needs to wear these shoes instead of what he normally wears, because the free radicals on his feet will stick easier to the walls and things. It's the closest to barefeet. However, if they reboot the Spider-man sequel, maybe he should just take off his shoes if he wants to defeat the super villain.

  • I knew as soon as i seen the thumbnail, it was a hippie.

  • Women like this are impossible to find in Las Vegas. I need to move north to Oregon and Washington where girls like this congregate.

  • I didn't hear i word she said, hottness is distracting

  • smell

  • You can get socks that were made for the vibrams. They are called injinji socks if you don't already know. They run from $10-$15.

  • they tell me that touching a metal door handle releases free-radicals.

  • Thanks to a lifetime of going barefoot I have broken my toe, ripped off the nail on both big toes due to striking rocks so many times that the top half of the nail bed is dead on both big toes, had countless lacerations, had bits of glass and thorns stuck in my feet unknown until they got infected and now both feet are splayed so even if I wanted to wear shoes I can't because conventional shoes don't fit properly. But I guess releasing all that electricity and free radicals makes it worthwhile.

  • @EvolutionaI Lol, if you're such an idiot that you can't go barefoot without destroying yourself, then by all means, wear shoes!

    Cunt...

  • i wonder if she smokes pot

  • love it!

  • I Love being barefoot everywhere.

  • 9/11 was an inside job and so was the economy - dprogram.net <-

  • One must buy corporate shoes to travel upon a corporate surfaced world.

  • I've got my eye on a pair of Merrell Tough Glove barefoots, I contend with thoracic outlet syndrome, aching joints on a daily basis, and I work FT as a 3rd shift Custodian at the University, SO, I am hoping for some tough love, and sweet relief for my feet!!! I may end up having a collection of barefoots =) RESPECT People! Great Vid LoveVitamin.

  • Bare foot releases pent up electricity, and releases free radicals. The amount of stupidity in this statement is priceless.

  • wow... I am in love.... and this is the fist time I post such thing....

  • You should do videos in the nude because its more natural.

  • thank you for your insight about my comment you were very helpfull

  • I love your hair :)

  • @DrSixxx Yeah, because you can't smell it through the monitor...

  • DO NOT use a forefoot strike in normal running shoes. You need to use a heel-strike because of how they are designed. I tried using a forefoot strike as a method of 'practising' before getting my VFFs, but it really hurt my back. You naturally will learn that you can't heel-strike in FiveFingers.

  • Your cool bro! Loved the review...

  • TOE SOCKS.

    thats what i use

  • everything you said is a lie

  • beautiful soul

  • Perhaps you are still heal striking while walking casually thus the blisters. I have a pair and I noticed I had to take a month to get used to them. I could feel my foot position and posture correcting for the first month.

  • im thinking about getting a pair iv been doing all natural things lately such as taking graviola i drink fresh hot green tea every day and i have been goin bare foot for about 6 months now dual survival cody fromt that show inspired me to be a hippie and iv been loosing alot of weight and doin real good but i need something i can wear to work and it will be healthy for my feet what do you think about the vibram kso ?

  • @ghosto88 They're pretty good, but I find if you wear them for long periods of time they start to get uncomfortable, based on how tight they are. The KSOs also tend to smell, depending on the activities you're using them for/if you're not washing them often. You may want to look into another model for work shoes, like the Classics, Sprints, Treks or Speeds.

  • The gesticulations made this video for me

  • @redetrigan haha! I am quite a gesticulator

  • make sure when you FIT your vibrams they have to be very tight because they will stretch a half inch. you should GO DOWN!!!!

  • Just got a pair. Loving them!

  • Tracy is beautiful. You're hot. Good info by the way. I have a pair of KSO's myself, love 'em.

  • video cameras and the internet are really unnatural.

  • @UltraRunStuff True. I should probably quit the internet and eat more granola ;)

  • Fuckin hippie! I love it :)

  • @erocablok I love being a fuckin hippie

  • @thelovevitamin fucking dumb ass hippie

  • Want to go for a run sometime in Vibrams?? lol. Maybe I could learn some new tips. I'm surprised I don't see more people wearing them where I'm at right now, I feel like a minority and need someone to go running with both wearing Vibrams....

  • Do you realise that you are looking everywhere but in the camera?

Never mind, nice vid though ...

  • you are ridiculously cute.

  • Thanks, Tracy! I had the same exact fit concern and even bought the 5 toed socks, however, they were too thin to give me any relief. After watching your review, I cut up a pair of thicker socks and now have some relief. I've had mine for a 5 days now, wearing them a couple hours a day. I've been barefoot training totally barefoot until I get the technique down. I got mine on sale at Moosejaw for $35! Thanks, again!

  • damn, your awesome

  • you're so beautiful.

  • i love you :p

  • @MrDucky2112 Cool... let's go for a run in our vibrams together :p

  • @thelovevitamin im down, i did a 20 miler in em last weekend :)

  • omg you are ADORABLE.

  • they're pronounced " vEEbram " extend the I's into E's .

  • @floatingkoreanman1 haha... oh. Too late now!

  • You mentioned that you measured your feet and it came out to be in between two sizes. What exact length did your feet measure in inches and what size did you go for? Just curious for a real-life example as to how much of a difference there is in what the actual size of the 'foot glove' is and what the size of your feet actually are. Mine are in between two sizes as well and was wondering if I should follow your lead and go for the size down...maybe they stretch over time to fit better??

  • @mrbostonguy25 Hmmmm I actually don't remember now, sorry! But the reason I chose to go down was because I googled it and found many people saying to go down instead of up... and many people saying they went up and regretted it!

  • You know, they make Injinji toe socks for these right? ultra thin, and stops the friction on the heel of the shoe from producing blisters. Instead of cutting socks you may want to look into those. You can see the on the vibram site, but you can get the socks from any retailer that carries vibram. On vibram site they're expensive, they're less expensive in stores. Just thought I'd help.

  • @DigitalHallucinagen Oh.. really? I need these... I'm in Australia now, I wonder if they sell Vibrams around here...

  • @thelovevitamin

if you go to the company website you can see what stores sell them in your country.

  • geez this girl is in every way my type! im in love haha

  • Great video! I have a few pairs of Vibrams and I can attest to just how great they are. I had decided to train for three months and enter a half marathon. Prior to this, I had never run more than one consecutive mile in my ENTIRE life, and never wore VFF's. Along the way, I discovered muscles I didn't even know I had (and they told me all about it too...ouch). Three months later, I managed to complete a 21 km race. It didn't happen overnight, my body is definitely thanking me now. I feel great!

  • @screamosux Yep, they're awesome. It's so much easier to run in them! I didn't think it would be that much of an improvement, but it really is

  • Mine don't stink, just throw them in the washing machine and start eating vegetarian and viola, your shoes don't stink and you don't stink.

  • Thinking about getting a pair but don't they start to stink since you're sweating in them while wearing them barefoot?

  • @emilyrocks09041 haha yeaaah... I've heard that can happen, but mine don't stink yet!

  • @emilyrocks09041 they're machine washable, so you just toss them in and give them a gentle cycle

  • @emilyrocks09041 what you can do is get some injinji toe socks, which make the shoe easier to put on, makes it not stink, and feels great all around

  • @emilyrocks09041

You just wash 'em. I wash mine in the sink instead of the machine, they'll probably last longer. They seem real flimsy but mine have lasted very well.

  • i LOVE mine !!!

  • good explanation! i will buy vibram fivefingers speed.

    thanks for this video.
