I remember years ago racing out to the Alrosa Villa in Columbus Ohio to see what I thought was the original dokken...huge Lynch fan....when they fired up I realized it was not George! That was the time when Reb Beach joined up. Reb is a great player but I really wanted to shoot myself in the face with a large caliber automatic weapon with better than average spray pattern when saw it wasn't GL. Still a great show though.
Wow the man never had real strong voice but a good melodic one. Sounds like he's lost it all unfortunately. Sorry though the lynch puts way more emotion in every lick
George Lynch is my guitar hero and he will be in a class of his own. Reb Beach is a great guitar player, might be better than Lynch technically, but he is a journeyman. It's like comparing a green apple to a red apple. Different taste.
@motleycrue24 I'm not going to agree or disagree but I think he said it as a sign of respect to Lynch. They are both great. I just love Lynch's style.

I have stood next to Lynch at a guitar clinic and I love him to death but without a bunch of effects.... HE SUX! Sorry to break it to you. Mistake after mistake.
Both killer monster guitarist with their own unique style. I would love to have 1/100th of the talent of either Reb or George. There is no one is better than the other in this case.

Beach is good, but not to Lynch's work!!! He doesnt play it completely accurate which he should if he's supposedly that good also!

Rob is good, but no Lynch, cant play the same as album, changes the guitar playing, shows how dam difficcult Lynchs style was.
