@UKnowIm18 The Strafe build used to be the best, but a patch came out that changed the strafe skill so that it is better than double shot at a mere level 1. For this reason, the AR build is usually considered better now since it's such a great mobbing skill and you still get an attack skill that beats DS at lv 1

aslo, if your bombing, go into the hall of master (after the paths of peril/strength, then at the top of the map whre the trees are, then past the CG (dw u are bombing, therefore CB, therfore have darksight) ) then, go left up the stairs, take the teleport portal, and then go left to the first door, hidden behind the steps.

typhons are good if your a ranged person, just make sure u dont fall of, other wise youd be better of at nightshadows. Bombing for CB is better at nightshadows, as they are easier to mob.

Lol its 7.2k exp cus hes on 2x. For Rangers/Wind Archers id suggest Typhons because they're bigger mobs and they give the exact same exp

heyy first off, very well done and informative guide and i appreicate all the work you put into it.

I have a question, i'm a lvl 97 ranger, max strafe, AR, and 5 hawk. I've been told typhoons is very good exp for my level, but I havent been able to find a video guide on it, and i'd rather train at a spot where i have a walkthough like yours. My question is, from 97-105, would you say that nightshadows are decent enough exp with 2x exp? Thanks

I made this Nightshadow guide as an alternative training spot. You're right, Typhoons used to be an excellent training spot until Nexon patched the fall-down-the-pit glitch. I don't really know where it stands now that this glitch has been patched.

Personally, I would recommend Nightshadows till 100-103, since after that you can just head to Newties, which I'm guessing that it would be better exp.

As for typhoon training, I really encourage you to give it a try, and let us know if it's as good

I think windraiders are your best choice till 90, perhaps? It's a very good way as well to make good money.

right now i'm lvl 83 ranger, messed around w/ my SP so i got 21 strafe, 11 rain, 5 mortal blow and 3 puppet. i'm trainin on windraiders atm but is there any alternative for me or should i stick to windraiders?

I strongly agree with you. But in my case, I thought this would be a great alternative for archers who don't have Arrow Rain, like my case in this Video. Since I planned to go to Jr.Newties after it, and I wanted to try something other than Squids since I hate to mobility in Aqua. But yea, I didn't have much of a choice, but this is a great alternative spot for Strafe build. ;D

Very true. That map is such a pain! Well, since you are dexless, I think you're strong but I would strongly recommend that you go there once you gave at least 1 point in Avenger and Maxed Shadow Partner, which is like early 80's
