Windows 7 Instruction video - Get the old style task bar back

i lost my taskbar completely how do i get it back, and yes itried looking for it its nowhere to be found

i downloaded a theme a it changed the task bar and made it look like the old windows classic and i dont know how to get it back to the windows7 look. i tryed uninstalling it but it still doesnt change. can u help?
