Nose heavy does in fact make harriers and hovers harder, but to tail heavy can also cause problems.

If you want to hover it you should make it nose heavy not tail heavy.

strip off all that weight and just learn to hover! that to me would be the way to go planes with gyros do not fly normal as they over correct.
