obama economic recovery plan is working, already the dollar is gaining strength and recovery is expected in early 2010. I remember when bush announced his plan recovery was expected in 2011. The president is the only "decider" who gets to find and put someone on the court, and in this care whoever he finds will get confirmed because his party and allies control the Senate.
