Our US Courts have betrayed us w/ their top-secret, closed docket FISA Courts which they now claim have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters concerning TSA.

As it stands, if a TSA employee goes loco and shoots innocent people, the victims cannot sue TSA in open court before a jury. The case gets dismissed unless it is accepted to be heard by the 3-panel FISA Court to be secretly considered and secretly decided w no published opinions.
