Actually, I don't think this has anything to do with that WMG whatever that Youtube does. There ususally is a message below the discription to the effect that they removed the sound for that very reason. As there is none here, I'm thinking that it was poor encoding or something of a similar issue with the original file.

This is one of Youtube's notorious WE ARE REMOVING THE AUDIO DUE TO COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS situations. It's so stupid. The record company wanted it removed, but the animation company didn't mind. SO the anime is still here without the audio.

The recording industry is the most idiotic and greedy industry on the planet.

This wasn't the uploader's fault.
