that said, how can you hear the amp with so many pedals in front? guess if you use the pedals allot you can discern what the amp is bringing to them, as opposed to vice versa? i've always thought of the pedals changing the amp sound, as opposed to the amp changing the pedals' sound.
@jayscott49 The idea is to have a high-headroom amp so you CAN hear the pedals. No matter what you are throwing at the amp, you still get clarity and warmth. We're working on some vids with the amp clean -- this is just what Nels' decided to do on the spot for us, which I won't argue about!
This sounds so cool. Anyone know what the thing hes playing with next to his kaoss pad is?

Thanks Nels. Your passion for tone and music is very apparent in your sound. Your playing has helped inspired me to learn and explore my own music.

PS The amp sounds great. It would be helpful to show it off without effects. Perhaps change the EQ/ Volume, etc..
