get a capture card or something of the sort. you put it in ur computer then plug the xbox straight in2 ur computer w/ the composite cables. great quality and it duznt take a long time to do. you have to record it on ur comp while ur playing the vid on ur xbox. just like plugging it into ur tv but it's not ur tv, it's ur comp. when u buy the card or wutever it should come w/ the right program to be able to record and make GREAT quality videos. you can check my channel for some vids...i think.....
