What you say ooti114 is what sadly applies to music today. Singers nowadays seem to think it''s all about singing at the top of your lungs and it's not.

A song like this requires whispering not yelling out. Just compare Etta's and Beyonce's versions to find the difference. This girl does just fine, she's not a professional an even if she needs to improve her technique she got what the song is about and the right feeling about it.
