I wondered how many of us were madly in love with Annette back then. I had her picture from "Pop Pix Club", a fan photo outfit. We did not have the Internet then, had to go to the drug store and get "Sixteen" and a few other magazines to learn about our stars. I remembered when you would never go out with your girl dressed like a slob. We were innocent then, thank you for this nice trip back in Americana. L

And if you look at the light brunette sitting sideway at the table, holding hands at the 1:22 time mark, her name is Donna Michelle, she is 20 in this movie. A former gymnast and model, she was selected as Playmate for the December issue of Playboy two years prior and was the playmate of the year in 1964.

Shouldn't Jackie Ward be more well-known than she is? It seems like some of the best studio vocalists never really get the credit that is due them.

I saw this in my junior high lunch room back in 67 ? The film was probably 2 years old at the time They showed the entire film [on a film projector] for hundreds of us. Believe the film was probably a 16 mm print This song always takes me back to that lunch room . When you think back you realize how great those times were [we took em for granted] Thanks for the video.
