This video was bad because the drawings were of low quality, the framerate was too low to appear to actually move, (one should aim for at least 24 fps if each frame is shown twice) there was no story which I could discern, etc. Keep it to yourself until your drawing and animation skills are up to par with my flip books from middle school.
