This movie would have been much stronger if the male lead wasn't so wooden and had some decent dialog. Obviously a woman didn't write this or he'd say something she needs to hear like "I hate myself for not trusting you. I don't deserve it but let me make it up to you as long as we live. I'll never betray you again" or I don't know "sorry I left you bloody and alone in the jungle"?!!

This movie is carefully put on my shelf amongst the best movies that I've ever seen; not an easy shelf to be put on.lol!!..Not just because the great Olu Jacob is in it; but because Ini, Rita, Pat Attah performed so brilliantly as well..What a great story..Was the 3rd African movie that I had seen..Fell in love with the entire cast..Didn't quite understand what happened in the end though..I'm guessing they got back together?. My mom, too, was not very happy.lol!!.What ever happened to Pat Attah?

i needed a message of love and forgiveness..this movie has done it for me today. Thanks to God. Ini is a lovely actress, the evil mum was good too and Uz's dad. Uzo is slightly lukewarm - cant show his love and warmth. try harder next tym. Nice movie though

It is one of my favourite films, I was surprised the way Uzo abandoned her, but God's work of uplifting in Udoka would not be have been completed. Uzo expressed his love by walking out of his wedding. Try and watch 'SUPER LOVE' you will like it as well.

m the director should have made her act startled when they said kill. That would have made more sense. Another thing there were a lot of pple we didn't get to see punished more pple mistreated her like uzo's dad, the evil stepsis, and a few more. Lastly at the end of the movie, we didn't get enough closure. Like did udoka know the stepmom was sick? No. Did she know she was forgiving the stepmom? No. Dis the stepmom learn her lesson? We don't know. Dd she apologize to udoka? We don't know. Thes

Overall the idea was a good one however, the script was not well thought out. Please don't get Mad at me I'm just stating the facts. For example If they were to end up together he should have been more supportive of her also if both adora and uzo just came from the states, they should actually have stuff from there. There was a part where udoka was listening to the bad guys and she was startled and hid behind the tree for 1 she was totally visible and she there is nothing startling about a far

Ini is a good actress indeed. My tears kept on flowing all the time when i watched the part of this innocent opharn being mistreated by the step mother ,moreso the Igwe village suspending her because of a jeolous formed deal of stealing a 'secret thing'. Nice movie and more informative. These step mothers should continue having boils till death coz most of them are heartless. If i were Ini, i think it would be difficult to forgive especially this doctor boyfy running away in times of need.
