Troy Smith was the best player in the Big Ten during the 2000's. He beat out an All-American to get the stating job and out played Chad Henne every year. I'm shocked that he isn't playing for anyone in the NFL.

Troy Smith's 3-0 record vs. stupid, lame michigan will always be in my mind. But I think Craig Krenzel would be my favorite QB.

I think Illinois has a better defense than Michigan. At least they were able to hold him under 300 yards and 4 touchdowns.
