One of the reasons being, had a 1.90 k/d ratio on mw2, which is much higher than my "not so special" 1.52 k/d ratio on bf2 at the moment, its much harder, much harder. And its significantly more realistic! Although be-it not a simulation war-game
Hmm... well based on the amount of players that play MW2 and the kiddies, and the hackers, and the modders, and the douches, and the gayness, and the kidddies I think BC2 is better by a longshot.

Battlefield has: Recoil. Almost perfectly balanced weapons. Fantastic Spawn system. Dedicated Servers. Better Graphics. MOTHERFUCKING VEHICLES!!! Better sound (War Tapes) and finally, Realism.
