But in the end, he said the whole truth of why he was ruling the world..... he turned everything bad, just to do something heroic like killing Azazel and save the world, eventually he was still thinking about getting rid of the Devil Gene like he alwasys was. So that still make him a good person.... nothing else could change him from being good anyways, he's the worlds hope. But I agree with you, he was acting like a bad guy.
