The thing that, in my opinion, made Dave's situation different from that of Tiger Woods or Bill Clinton, was the fact that, on his own show, no less, David confessed and APOLOGIZED for his actions. That's what immediately made the difference in his situation. No other celebrity (so far, anyway) has done this; they have either denied it or ran away from this. That action has, ultimately, changed his career for the better IMO.
