  • This happens because the wiring harness in the throttle gets stretched and this flexes the connector causing a voltage 'spike' in the process. The fix is to remove the base and to install a zip-tie to keep the wiring going to the connector from moving.

    I mention how to do this in my G940 modification thread referenced in my G940 videos.
