What they're saying is good but the demonstration is kind of bad. And it seems like the coach is purposely trying to miss his 1, 2 punches to show the effectiveness. And the other guy should constantly take baby steps to the side and not stand still until the punch comes.

the guy in the video is bill lefebvre he wasa good boxer and so are most of his kids and the guys he trains but in these video's he seems to be aiming to miss. always throw your punches as true as possible at the guys your training so the guys has to move or block as in a real fight .if you know the punch is aimed to miss wots the fuckin good in that you might as well just stand there with your chin up and your hands down.

@FightersOnlyMagazine I think he's just exaggerating the movement, so you can see clearly what is going on, or something like that. Theres probably a better way to teach it though
