No I don't have brakes on the trailer, but it holds up pretty good, i don't think its necesary but of course in highway speeds u just need to be carefull cause the braking distance might be a little longer, but thats at high speeds of course....
@69CherryPopper So, no lift? I have 20's on my 2003 Camry and was thinking about getting 22's but I don't want to lift it. If 22's will fit with no lift then great. Is yours lifted?
i've seen 20's on it withought need of a lift, but also remember that it depends on what tire size u use, if it's the really low profile tires then i don't think u need the liftting on it. On the other side i did Lift mines up to put the 22's but i also did it to reinforce the suspencion cinse i pull the boat with it alot.
@69CherryPopper Yeah I got 20's on mine with no lift. I have 225/35ZR20's. So, do you think if I got 22's with 30 series tires instead of the 35 series ties I have now it'll fit with no lift? In other words, would the rims you have on your Camry now fit had you not lifted it?
Thanx...i've thought about it but cinse i go to the beach alot i would hate to see them Rust Out or loose their chrome from all that salt water, that's why i haven't done it.
