This is a huge self-contradiction. The whole movie should be open as is Elephant's Dream. How IS the newbie going to see it? Kinda pissing me off.

So rip it and share it. Worst that could happen is you'll get sued. Can you imagine the embarrassment it would cause the creators? You just have to make it public/common knowledge.

Creative Common wasn't really known back then and the GPL, nor any of the BSD licenses were probably considered suitable for content such as this.

It's not a contradiction at all. You don't have to kill people when you make documentary about murderers ;)

@kid29a But you should follow the ideals preached in a video when publishing it. Murder documentaries won't encourage murder, but if I'm correct, this video encourages free software, GNU/Linux, and basically, sharing.
