  • I would like to know the diet that you guys follow because I have searched but I can't really find one that goes with building muscle. Also, the training routines that you do with the amount of reps and rest time in between sets. I think it's a great thing that all of you do and keep it up!

    I think I want to see a human flag tutorial, starting with an easy strength developing exercise, cause I can only hold the flag for like 1-2 seconds and that SUCKS lol.. I think I got the arm strength part cause I can do like 35-40 dips and 30 pull ups..
