Each time you lift the weight up and down it's considered a "rep" which is short for repetition. A "set" is a series of reps. So if you lifted a weight 10 times, you did 1 set of 10 reps. If you did it again, it would be 2 sets of 10 reps. etc...
@lokrenzo you will definitely see a weight increase take place, as for size, it's hard to tell unless you take pictures, as anatomically speaking, you don't notice yourself "getting bigger"

She looks like she is rotating her shoulders too much. Its not as much a problem at this weight, but when you go heavy you can tear your rotator cuff.

I am just starting out with bicep curls and I am doing 25 pounds. I was wondering, do biceps usually take a long time to develop or will I notice a change pretty soon?
Im not sure what Lee does but if I'd have to guess he probably keeps shoulders seperate from chest, and anything else. Shoulder workout days usually consist of a good 4-5 different exercises so they are tough and take a good chunk of time.
This is not a superset. In a superset, you work antagonistic muscles groups like chest/back, bicep/triceps etc. An example of a superset would be to do barbell curls followed by french presses or vice versa.

At my gym we have a sitting version of the preacher curl and it is only one sided. Because it is seated it is a lower pad.
How can I do this super set with these conditions?

I'll do both variations. It really depends on the workout routine I'm following at the time. I personally change my workouts around every 4-6 weeks.

Actually you can do them both ways. A superset is simply doing 2 exercsies back to back with little rest in between.

That's right, you can technically superset ANY two exercises, but some work better than others.
