  • Calisthenics are so fun. Time flies by fast while doing pull ups, dips, leg lifts, push ups, etc...

  • What's the guy in the background @ 0:55 doing haha

  • that shit was awesome

  • one thing i never get about these vids is....where r the lower body workouts? cant b strong if ur legs fall out from underneath u but ill give u ur props

  • @wardead866 ikr right calisthenic kingz -.-- i wonder how his legs is i bet it chicken legs

  • @wardead866 yeeah they never show leg work and there is plenty of one leg lifts and explosive lifts you can do with just your body weight i will be sure to do them if i commit to b

  • @RealspitHiphop604 I know what you say but, Hit does one legged squat tutorial on his dvd, and Tech is triathlonist so they could not have thin legs. only thing is that people who watch this videos do not find atractive to watch a dude doing squats and jumps.

  • @barfly38111 yeah i am doing calisthenics now and am LOVING it over lifting, i do upper body one day then lower body then next and repeat, i make sure to hammer legs with intense sprinting, plyometric squat jumps/lunges etc, jogging, calf raises it feels natural and i feel better, stronger, and healthier then ever

  • @RealspitHiphop604 I'd do more upper body work, if I were you- advanced body weight stuff is all upper body- for leg work- make sure you're doing single leg squats- they're awesome!

  • @EvilLamas I'm hitting my upper body every other day that's frequent and the same with legs, yeah i'm working on pistols

  • @barfly38111 SPRINTS Yeah dude, it will do good combining with box jumps, for burning weight gathered over holidays. thanks for the reminder bro.

  • @barfly38111 totally, they are the best

  • The hardworking men have increibly strong fit bodies. I admire these men. Imma start doing more Calisthenics like this-if not ONLY calisthenics. Man this vid was real good, mad respect for these brothas.

  • awesome

  • see I live on the west coast I tried doing all this and people looked at me like I was some kinda creep or something working out on the bars. LOL

  • i wonder how long this took

  • who needs a gym, this dude is probably shredded out of his mind

  • this is sickkkk

  • What do you do for the lower body?

  • @Fadsmashers squat

  • mah nigga

  • @MorticianWAR Training Day, Denzel Washington.

  • fffffffuk look at that body control

  • @DrMagillicutty nmm damn.... he can body control ME tonight, ya know what i'm sayin...?

  • Great show of body control. Wow!!!

  • Don't know why everyone is so impressed here. Any decent gymnast (not even olympic level) can do what they are doing with their eyes closed.

  • @Andrew861 Not when you from the hood

  • @Andrew861 Yes, correct, very perceptive. So, regular guys are training themselves to the level of a 'decent gymnast', without funding, without special equipment, specialised gyms, or coaches etc etc. Well, that's incredibly impressive, and that should be encouraged. And if regular guys start getting fit & strong & healthy & happy & active, nothing else matters. Not even your negativity. Train harder.

  • I was trying not be sexual minded but I have to say that I can only imagines the things y'all can do with strength you have, lol....OMG! On the non sexual tip....you are absofuckinlutely amazing! #beasts

  • sick

  • great song, great men, great way of living your life! Salute from Bulgaria!

  • its natural to there ppl, swinging off shit.

  • @FWGodlike2008 You're fucking retarded.

  • @FWGodlike2008

all what they are missing are the bananas

  • @mma15 c0cksucker

  • Comment removed

  • @mma15 That same lack of self-control, awareness and respect will keep you at the bottom, very cowardly.

  • @Fadsmashers

Are you trying to sound like some kind of an ape philosopher or something?

You are not even human to start talking. Go find a tree or something to swing on. poor thing

  • @mma15 troll is not successful :/

  • Question ! I'm in doubt about how to approach this.

Do i at first train hard , but low reps , like 2 sets max than rest 2 days( at least rest the muscles mainly used) to build up strength . And than when i am strong enough to do all exercises i start to increase my reps.??

The thing i don't get is.. if i start pulling up all day long from now on ( 10+ sets etc), i think i will only build a great endurance , but won't gain in strength.

All advise , comments are welcome !

  • @respeezy I got the first two Calisthenic Kingz DVDs a while back, one was their workout regimen, taking you from beginner to advanced. Their routine was a split workout, upper body one day, lower body the next. For example, upper on M/W/F, lower on T/Th/Sat, and rest on Sunday. They they take the progressive route, in the beginning you do simpler, exercises geared toward stabilization. For example, they start of with a dead hang instead of pullups...

  • @respeezy ...even beginner pushups on your knees for those that need it(the program is designed for ladies too, in fact, one of the ladies demos for a good portion of the DVDs. They start off w/ lower reps, increase it along with more advanced moves. I highly recommend going onto Calisthenic Kingz' website and getting either one of their instructional DVD's. I got the green "boot camp" one, they also have a blue "playground" one. The others are more like demonstrational than instructional.

  • You make it look easy

  • is it destorm?? o.O

  • I've never been so fucking jealous of a black man in my life before.

  • Mad props, this man has achieved true strength .. I can only aspire to reaching this level one day. Respect

  • Got a question, for some of the guys here.

Just started Calisthenics , i understood that first to build strength as opposed to endurance i should do very controlled slow technical movements.

And that i shouldn't do to many sets , just 2 or 3 but give it my all.

Now i don't really feel sore afterwards in certain muscles ( calves biceps )

Do i need to up my sets ? or are my muscles probably growing , but just without soreness? Advice appreciated.

  • @respeezy Hey man Im not one of the guys in the vid but i might be able to help. I ve being doin calisthenics mixed with cross training and just stuff for toning for about 2 years now. Mind u im only 16 going onto 17 so my muscles are not 100% developed but i found that just constantly challenging urself does the trick. A increase sets and reps, B change the workouts and create new moves once in a while so ur muscles dont get used to it, C. Up ur protein intake. That shud be all u need.

  • id rather be a calisthenic king then be some steroid junkie benching a shit load of weight, much inspiration doing 3 muscle ups and counting

  • Respect.

  • holy %^&* alrighty ima start doing more calisthenics stuff holy %^&*

  • Nice!!!!

  • The rich man knows his wealth is his health and fitness!!

  • So cool

  • what rundmc song is this?

  • @HipHopThugster1 RUN DMC - DOWN WITH THE KING

  • This is art!

  • this is some straight out the african jungles shit haha

  • Just as clean as Lance Armstrong.

  • that running while on pull up bar is whackk!

  • good vid....and good track!

  • can you guys planche?

  • ghetto gymnasts?

  • sexy!

  • what do you guys eat???

  • Look up D3Hundred. Dude weighs 300 something pounds and can still do this shit. Crazy.

  • dayum :))

  • o yea !

  • that parallel bar glide was great. Love all the variations on the different apparatuses.

  • Nice! Very smooth

  • @sirmixaloot78416587 I guarantee most of these barstarzz, bartendaz and all them could do 500lbs bench if they wanted. But I also guarantee the bodybuilders wouldn't be able to do 20 muscle ups. I believe Calisthenics is real raw strength, you don't have to agree with me but plenty of people do.

  • dude @ 0:51, that looks easy but i bet its hard as hell

  • can anyone tell me wether this kinda of strength is useful for fighting? i mean does it make you punch and kick harder?

  • of course! but its NOT recommended to use it for such :(

  • All the fighters in mma do chalisthenics, but the exercises that are best for fighting are the ones with explosive movements that goes for Calisthenics too. Perhaps this particular ones are not as good for fighting as for showing off on a beach ...

  • HEy can you say how do you working out? me to wanaa do what what you doing. so can you say exercises and hos many reps??

  • Pull ups and push ups, you can't beat them !

    Keep striving,

    Regards from Oxfordshire

  • Вот это отличное занятие...В здоровом теле здоровый дух.......

  • Awesome and so inspiring! Keep up the great training guys! I wish we had more spaces like this in London. x

  • good

  • How the #@$@ do you make it look that easy...I wish i could train with u....

  • im new to this sortof calisthenics and i have big respect for all the bar community like Beastmode, hannibal for king, bartendaz, bar-barians, harlem seals, barstarzz, calisthenicz kingz and the rest of the calisthenics brothers out there doing there thing i wish i was on your levels lol keep up the great work !

  • @Calisthenics2k10 you will never get on their level.. .SOON. But with constant training it isn't really hard. Keep working out, bro, and with time, you will develop the necessary strength to do the exercises like the pros. I'm new to this kind of exercises myself, and so far I enjoy them. The pain can stop you from reaching your daily goal, but you know what it is said: Pain is only weakness which leaves the body.

  • where is that park? inthe bronx,ny?

  • @Blackiebluewings harlem, pay attention

  • @Phyoomz nah, i think it is the bronx actually

  • Hannibal smokes that ass clown calithenics kings

  • dam wish i can do that, i barely just started to do calisthenic workouts after lifting heavy weights for 3 years straight.

  • how many days a week do you guys work out

  • @okaaaiiiden It depends on wat kind of training you have been doing over the past 2 years. If you are using heavy weights it means you are increasing body mass while decreasing flexibility and muscle endurance With Your Own Body Weight unless you do work on calisthenic. Although since you mention boxing means you are light on your feat and can last long, so it just takes motivation, endurance and remember to relaxe 4 a while after a few weeks of training to give your body enough time 2 develope.

  • @crazychamps .Hello.

I asked some of the things related video.

If I want to become like the guy in the video. What are the lunches that are important to me and the appropriate weights for the exercise and weights are good for this type of muscle power, strength and continuity and the estimated increase endurance and strength and flexibility and strength ..

Please tell me by and thank you .. . .

  • @rakaa100 Sorry for the late reply! i cannot tell you where i got the following info cause i honestly cannot remember as i have looked through hundreds of websites and videos to take the best exercise from all.

Best lunches, anything with 30-50% of protein, 40-60% of carbs to provide energy and 10% fat. It depends on how your body is. EG: i eat healthily 3-4 meals a day with alot of snacks inbetween, but that is just me!

I can provide you with alot of knowledge, just mail me!

  • @okaaaiiiden African slave strenghth.

  • Hannibal is better

  • the calisthenic king is hannibal

  • yeah great exersices respect men

  • Que guapo a ver si en unos años..... jejejeje

  • He makes it look so fluckin easy

  • The true spirit, would be to say: I would like to bench 500lbs and do 20 muscle ups

  • @Wrestlingfanatic922

u cant u have to choose one of them. u cant be the beast and the king at the same time.

  • You guys get the fuckin' class, long live the kingz!!!peace!

  • I'd rather have the ability to do 20 muscle-ups instead of being able to bench press 500ibs.

  • @300MUSIC you don't bench much do you?

  • @goldtogreysmoke last time i benched, i did a good amount of weight. but i just dont weightlift anymore because it's boring and it slows you down

  • @300MUSIC i would agree that agility is more fun than pure strength, still for me you can't beat the sense of accomplishment that comes from repping a heavy squat

  • @300MUSIC slows you down? try doing fast reps, even if its super heavy explode into the movement, ur speed will go threw the roof, add some sparring in there u will be superfast.

  • @300MUSIC these guys can do both. lol

  • @300MUSIC i can get 20 muscle-ups easier than a 500 pound bench so i'm not sure about that. but 20 muscle-ups is beastly

  • @talder123 im sure. because bench press is only good for muscle mass, which slows you down. muscle ups is pure strength

  • @300MUSIC i agree that too much muscle mass slows you down, but you would find a guy who can do 20 muscle ups but not bench close to 500 a better fighter than a guy who can bench 500 and not do close as many muscle-ups?

  • @300MUSIC HA. Strong broscience.

  • @300MUSIC if you could do 20 muscles up chances are you could bench 500 as well

  • @plutoend99 not really. its more like around 350 lbs. when doing 20 muscle-ups you maintain more control of your strength. with bench press you just have to go all out.

  • @plutoend99 no. not at all

  • @300MUSIC agreed

  • @300MUSIC why? doesnt bench pressing 500 lbs mean you have more strength? i want to know your opinion really

  • if you can do 20 muscle-ups then you probably can bench 500+ anyway :D... unless your really light... I seen Calisthenic masters do push ups with fat people on there back :D.. calisthenics owns! and they look way cuter then powerlifters (Imma girl)

  • @300MUSIC lolwut why

  • @300MUSIC true.. i rather do muscle ups than doing stuff at the gym.. if you can carry a really heavy weight why cant you carry your own body? bodyweight FTW!!

  • @300MUSIC I'd rather train to be able to do both.

  • @300MUSIC Then you are a fucking idiot.

  • @talibala Why would I be an idiot? Because I'd rather have the ability to handle my own bodyweight than to be a big motherfucker who can barely scratch his own ass?

  • @300MUSIC

literally threw my weights out after watching this video. Respect.

  • its funny how ppl think you got guys here showing the true potential of the human body and all ppl like mad1966dog looking for something bad to say instead of getting in top shape and ppl companies like mcdonalds out of business until they want to serve something healthy sad SMH

  • Cant argue with this, the guy is freaking ripped.

  • Tehnician my man

  • Free weights/Body building can really F**k itself because i hate how they use supplements just to get jacked. Im not saying that people who do calisthenics use it too but damn calisthenics is just a more honest workout than machines and dumbbells and theres more benefits than being a bodybuilder

  • @pogiboy14 couldn't agree more man! nice words

  • @pogiboy14 doesn't matter if you achieve your goal physique by using weights or only calisthenics. respect for people who put in the time doing either.

  • wow, your really amazing! what do i have to do to get to your level? can you make a video of training exercises for doing the stuff you do? i would love to learn from you, no homo.

  • i have always asked myself how a real calisthenics routine consists of... like how many times a week and stuff any knowledge around ?

  • must suck to have to wear pants 24/7

  • @mad1966dog

    you bastard

  • @htaehxela FUCKING NIGGER GORILLAS

  • @mad1966dog shut up. You are just jealous you don't have that talent or muscles

  • @HoustonKJ ...i got better muscles black boy

  • @mad1966dog sure, everyone's ripped over the internet ...... ZZzzZZZzzzZZzz

  • @mad1966dog shut the fu** up! do you have any idea how much work this guy must have put in to get to this level? i wish i had the abilities this guy does. i hope to one day be there, your just jealous you cant measure up. can you even do a handstand? i bet not. neither can i, but, starting a couple days ago, im now working at it, then you will be jealous of me to, lol

  • Only Calisthenics i'm good at are push ups lol. Dips even

  • oh, these dudes are sick. Wow. It shows how far you can go with calisthenics, b/c many ppl believe that you need a lot of expensive equipment and gym memberships, but all u need is a bar & some will. Wow. Don't turn it down guys.

  • why isnt he actually walking with hands?! =}
