Pretty much any family guy/american dad viewer agrees on the fact of the simpns sucking.

For me, it was an original idea at the time, but now it's always homer saying "dough!!!", and it turns outthat it got boring after ten years of the same joke.

The same will happen to the other shows, but at least family guy makes different jokes and has a really random sense of humor. So it may take it 20 years instead of ten.
