Do you know if this mobo can work with an Amd 64 Athlon X2? I just ordered the board, but it is not clear if my old cpu will work right. What kind of setup are running?
hey , i really need help, im hoping to get htis board next week, will it support the AMD Phenom II X2 550 and can i use my 500w power supply which only has one 4 pin power connector, i see this mobo looks like it requires a 8 pin??

great mobo and plenty of upgrade possibilities, but limited due to only DDR2. I am not a gamer... I enjoy a fast home entertainment system.

I have this board. You can use either 4 pin or 8 pin.
Yes it will support am3 processors.
