whats the diference with the BAR-10 g-spec version and BAR-10

Different bolt handle, bull barrel, shorter barrel, comes with silencer. FPS is slightly lower because the inner barrel is shorter. I suggest getting the G-Spec, as it can be made very quiet much easier than the normal version.

It also has a bolt handle that is better designed to be used with a low mounted scope. In the end, it comes down to whether you want a quieter and more modular (the silencer can be unscrewed and the gun becomes very short-excellent for urban sniping) gun, or you want a more powerful gun. If you want your G-Spec to be made more powerful, you can buy a longer inner barrel and run it through the silencer, but it will be made louder that way.

how do you make the bolt easier to pull mine is ultra hard to pull its like itss kinda stiff

Take it apart and put some lubricants on all the moveimg parts. dont take apart the trigger mechanism, its a pain to put back together.
