@brandiNb2698, they can last anywhere from a week to a month depending on where you put it. The deeper the skin, the less you scrub that area when you shower, etc. all accounts into how long it will last and how bright it will be!
@Teseia, It's a bag about 6" by 4"... I don't have it with me, so I can't read you the wieght :/ It can make at least 10 tubes, though, each tube usually yielding around 20 good sized tatoos!
@Teseia they can last anywhere from four days to three weeks. The first few batches I made were super strong :). The length of time a henna tattoo lasts depends on how often you wash/apply lotion, etc to the area you place the tattoo! It also depends on how thick the skin is there. The longest I've had one last was 3 wks on the skin really close to the edge of the bottom on my foot. Most others will last up to a week or two :). Yeah! I do tats for my friends, I even used it for a fundraiser!! :)
@RandomLlama380 Sounds awesome! I'm planning on buying some henna. So all you have to do is add half powder,half lemon juice? And how much did you charge for henna tattoos?
@Teseia I do it by eye, mix a little less powder than what you want your end amount to be, continually add lemon juice and mix until you get a smooth but thick paste that comes out of ur tip without being runny- you want it to stand well on skin and not move while it's drying :). I charged 3 dollars per tattoo, you get more people, it adds up! I'm not sure, I've had my bag for 2 years and it still gives nice color, but it has faded a tad. For strong color, get smaller bags and buy more often :).
