@bboy02701 Cel Shading is kind of hard to explain. As for your second question, There is only one Link who has ever "Officially" wielded the sword in his right hand, and that would be this one, the one from Skyward Sword. Up to this point every Link has been a lefty.
And I'm sure that the only reason he's a righty in Skyward Sword is because a the majority of people are right handed.
Guys, it's really not as simple as cel shading slapped on tp's look. Miyamoto said he's imitating impressionistic art with this , and the only cel shaded things are link and certain enemies. There's also a bad ass distance filter which makes things appear more blurrily painted the further away they are, thus disguising draw distance errors

Have you heard the plot for this game it seems rubbish compared to the likes of OOT: Link and Zelda are childhood friends who are close to going to boarding school together in SS, Zelda not a princess yet, one day they are riding along on birds ( not epona :( on a frikken bird) zelda get kidnapped an taken to hyrule - the evil land - and link basically does the gentleman thing and rescues her, i reckon after this they go down to hyrule and live there. I LOVE cell shading, i dont know why, i think itd the cartoonyness, or maybe memorues when i was about 8 my step dad played through wind waker with me and helped me (considering im a girl and i cant play games at all) and this is the earliiest videogame memory I have, infact i think the advert for ww is! cell shaded zelda gamees are a big part of my childhood so i adore them!!

Another idea that skyward sword came first in the timeline! In Oot 3D go inside the Thieve's Hideout on the 2nd floor ( Beat the Guards with your Arrows if you haven't gotten the Gerudo Token yet ). Break some blocks, and you should find a cameo/ Easter egg. Just sharing some fun ideas. This is all too much... Or it could be just a cameo/ easteregg; It's a fucking Easter egg let's leave it at that !

Graphics aren't everything. Look at WindWaker, people still love it. And Ocarina of Time is still the best game ever with it's (I don't understand what they mean) "Outdated" graphics. This is why Zelda is called "The Legend". All agree?

They set up for trouble with the fans by switching around there graphics so much. If anything twilight should have had these graphics and skyward sword the dark realism graphics. Though the graphics were perfect for twilight princess it's just annoying that they keep switching it around between pastels and realistic style.
i think that Farore may be the master sword. like she sacrificed herself into the blade of evil's bane. This would make since being that you never see her in any of the Zelda games, in Oracle of the Ages+Seasons you see Din and Nayru.

The graphics fit this game great. It makes it more fantastical what with the bright colors and vivid environments. News flash, that's the only way Wii graphics excel. Just imagine for a second a gloomy, gritty, colorless but realistic look for a Zelda on the Wii. Think about it.
Honestly just wait until Nintendo follows the crowd and goes HD. Then will the Big N get it's respect back in the graphics department (even though their first party games look fantastic.

the sword is in links right hand because it needs to be there for the wii mote to work the way it was designed. it was that way in Wii TP but not in the Gamecube TP which was just a flipped version of the game. lefts change to rights and vise versa.

what I think is that during the end of this game, not the sages changing the sword into the Master Sword, but the Skyward Sword becoming damaged in a final battle destroying some of its capabilities. Also i think the mysterious women in the poster Revealed to be the sword, will take the place of Midna and Navi aiding Link

@ocarinahero10 the manual from one of the first games to come out shows link with the sword in his right hand, but in the game he is left handed. Possibly implying that link is ambidextrous, just he has been using left hand for majority of the game. Or you could say if all the links are descendents of each other, its possible this trait is skipping generations, but this is a pretty far stretch
@ocarinahero10 I don't know if it really dose, I mean it breaks the mold to be sure, but if we are working under the theory that there are different links, why can't one or 2 of them be right handed. In the same way that there are different avatars, yet they come in both male and female, probably with different dominant hands over the years.

How I see it, It comes right before minish cap which after minish cap comes ocarina, because Minish talks about the sword and light from the sky as the legend.
Eh, I didn't particularly like Twilight Princess' graphics. These new graphics are beautiful. Twilight Princess' engine made for bland graphics. But that's what I think.
the graphics are like wind waker and not as clear as twilight sword. so it's like a updated wind waker only now this link is sent down from the twilight realm to save hyrule for the very effing first time then once he is done he leaves the master sword behind to help the hylians remember what he accomplished for them then ocarina of time starts and then it relives the pain of knowing what happened for the civil war time. this link is from the sky not hyrule so he helps win the war in hyrule
@gamer24jony I wouldn't think so. the city in the sky was, if looked at from afar, a bunch of islands made with a mechanical base and propellers that kept it floating. Skyloft is nothing more than a floating land inhabited by what will become the hylians.

i couldnt agree with u more(: i really love the controls and gameplay, it looks really fun, but i was soooo disappointed with the graphics. the trailer was a major letdown, i loved the twilightprincess/finalfantasyxiii style with the detail. hopefully the next console game!!! thats what they did with windwaker after all. after the cell shading, they bring the realism back!
b4 the hylian shield is found in OoT in a grave, so it could be some kind of grave having to do with the hero here
after- the sword holding case thing on his back, same shield, looks like same sword. i think this is b4 though. like during the war, and maybe since they are in the sky, the ooccoo? something like that were also sky people. so this could explain the ooccoo and maybe the people in the sky were the first to have the triforce since the shield shows it.

They set up for trouble with the fans by switching around there graphics so much. If anything twilight should have had these graphics and skyward sword the dark realism graphics. Though the graphics were perfect for twilight princess it's just annoying that they keep switching it around between pastels and realistic style.

i think that Farore may be the master sword. like she sacrificed herself into the blade of evil's bane. This would make since being that you never see her in any of the Zelda games, in Oracle of the Ages+Seasons you see Din and Nayru.

i dont think that that is exactly what the game is gonna look like. yall have to keep in mind that the trailer for the game was shown to the public long before the game was actually finished. i think that the graphics r gonna be better looking when the game is actually complete. long live zelda!!! ;)

hmmm... have you noticed that the hylian shield from OOT has an upside down triangle below the triforce? The missing peice of the triforce? stupid idea but id thought id point it out,

The graphics fit this game great. It makes it more fantastical what with the bright colors and vivid environments. News flash, that's the only way Wii graphics excel. Just imagine for a second a gloomy, gritty, colorless but realistic look for a Zelda on the Wii. Think about it.
Honestly just wait until Nintendo follows the crowd and goes HD. Then will the Big N get it's respect back in the graphics department (even though their first party games look fantastic.

the sword is in links right hand because it needs to be there for the wii mote to work the way it was designed. it was that way in Wii TP but not in the Gamecube TP which was just a flipped version of the game. lefts change to rights and vise versa.

what I think is that during the end of this game, not the sages changing the sword into the Master Sword, but the Skyward Sword becoming damaged in a final battle destroying some of its capabilities. Also i think the mysterious women in the poster Revealed to be the sword, will take the place of Midna and Navi aiding Link

@ocarinahero10 the manual from one of the first games to come out shows link with the sword in his right hand, but in the game he is left handed. Possibly implying that link is ambidextrous, just he has been using left hand for majority of the game. Or you could say if all the links are descendents of each other, its possible this trait is skipping generations, but this is a pretty far stretch

@ocarinahero10 I don't know if it really dose, I mean it breaks the mold to be sure, but if we are working under the theory that there are different links, why can't one or 2 of them be right handed. In the same way that there are different avatars, yet they come in both male and female, probably with different dominant hands over the years.

@Joey44J Reason why the sword is int eh right hand is because thats how people hold the wii remote and it would be awkward to swing with the right hand and see it in the left hand but canonically he is still left handed.

How I see it, It comes right before minish cap which after minish cap comes ocarina, because Minish talks about the sword and light from the sky as the legend.

Eh, I didn't particularly like Twilight Princess' graphics. These new graphics are beautiful. Twilight Princess' engine made for bland graphics. But that's what I think.

the graphics are like wind waker and not as clear as twilight sword. so it's like a updated wind waker only now this link is sent down from the twilight realm to save hyrule for the very effing first time then once he is done he leaves the master sword behind to help the hylians remember what he accomplished for them then ocarina of time starts and then it relives the pain of knowing what happened for the civil war time. this link is from the sky not hyrule so he helps win the war in hyrule

@gamer24jony I wouldn't think so. the city in the sky was, if looked at from afar, a bunch of islands made with a mechanical base and propellers that kept it floating. Skyloft is nothing more than a floating land inhabited by what will become the hylians.

i couldnt agree with u more(: i really love the controls and gameplay, it looks really fun, but i was soooo disappointed with the graphics. the trailer was a major letdown, i loved the twilightprincess/finalfantasyxiii style with the detail. hopefully the next console game!!! thats what they did with windwaker after all. after the cell shading, they bring the realism back!

this could be b4 or after OoT
b4 the hylian shield is found in OoT in a grave, so it could be some kind of grave having to do with the hero here
after- the sword holding case thing on his back, same shield, looks like same sword. i think this is b4 though. like during the war, and maybe since they are in the sky, the ooccoo? something like that were also sky people. so this could explain the ooccoo and maybe the people in the sky were the first to have the triforce since the shield shows it.
