  • Very interesting **takes bite of beefy 5 layer burrito**

  • Could you lip smack more and comment on why candy diets fail next?

  • No more than two servings of food per meal, 1850 calories of food per day, glass of oj and two glasses of nonfat milk is how I do. Stay away from anything "fast food" (anything fast food, fried foods and well ice cream. Everything has to be in portions, this guy is correct.

  • Big business kills.

  • Hahahahahahaahahaha OMGGGGG that's HELLALLALA funnnnyyy!!! drive thru diet!!! AHAHAHAHAAHAHAAH

I already kno many of the stuff in your videos, but i watch them because you are Refreshing to watch! Truth, & educated people in general that spread the word are refeshing, thank you for your contribution to the world!

That goes to all you typsa people!

  • Good job!

  • People should realize that TACO BELL is STILL FAST FOOD

  • I agree with this vid. People have the same frame of mind as western medicine. We fail to look at the root cause of the problem and instead we treat the symptom. i.e. People try to loose weight instead of focusing on health and understanding that health is the cause and the lost of weight (fat) is the effect or symptom of good health.

  • To lose weight, 4 things you need to do (none are exercise!)

-cut out or way down on sugary drinks (which includes alcohol) and sugar added in foods (read labels)

-eat smaller portions, wait a little while before having seconds

-eat lots of high fiber food in general (in meals and as a snack)

    -Never eat fast food

  • @jdhatl there is really just one step. Take in less calories than you burn up. I'm talking about weight now though, not health.

  • I used to work at a Taco Bell establishment not but five months ago. Everything this man is saying is actually true. Taco Bell just wants to make money, and they will incorporate methods that are not necessarally ethical, such as their deceptive advertising, their minor ingrediant swap (their recent beefy five layer berrito not having much, if any beef,)

and less then stellar customer service. I quit because of this kind of beheavior, and I got sick and tired of their total BS.

  • Two bean burritos only, no onions because they are nasty. Overeating is bad, but two regular bean burritos will feed you. For an entire day. Once in a blue moon. Do not touch the rest of their menu, or anything from any other fast food joint except for very occasional potato/fries/browns

  • I hope your not only eating two burritos a day.

  • I cook most of my food.

  • Their onions were nasty...

My aunt can beat them all!

2 cans of refried beans (if you cant simmer a bag of dried beans)

    1 pound of ground beef

couple table spoons of powdered garlic

3 cups of shredded cheese of your choice

let it cook at full heat for about fifteen minuets to half an hour,

get some warm tortillas (forgive my spelling)

serve. This beats Taco Bell anyday!

  • I make them better than that, without the beef.

  • Someone should eat the Taco Bell Drive thru diet get fat and Sue Their ass lmao

  • After watching Super Size Me recently, Morgan actually mentioned how it's actually a law now. You can't win a case over a fast food company unless you can prove that they were the direct cause of the claim you're making.

  • YESSSS!!

If you want to lose weight you need to change your eating habits. The TRUTH!!!!!! and sadly its something that everyone in this overweight country refuses to admit. People love instant results in this digital world. nobody want to put the time or the effort in. just makes me sad.

  • So true... when I saw the commercial i was like wtf... WHO would fall for that?
