What are you waiting for? Just get them back in style yourself... ;-) That's how fashion works. Have you ever heard of trend scouts? Innovation of fashion is not a monopoly of fashion designers - mostly they build upon ideas of people like you who didn't just wait for the trend to start, but dared to make the first step...
Whether it is lifestyle or politics - every single person isn't just a dependant of society, but one potentially crucial part of it. Make use of it! :)
I would if I could find one! I located a couple oldies at a local vintage clothing store, but neither of them fit me! :( Now if someone made them today in similar styles to those made in the 1920s, I'd be all over that!
I agree with nautonesia, bring it back in style yourself girl. I'm always wearing hats. I was so excited too when I puchased a vintage 1940s hat, complete with netting and rhinestone. I've gotten lots of compliments on it too. So if you like them don't be afraid to wear them. :0)
@Buzzygirl42 they basiclly are well in london but here in canada my friend's father is a vintage colector and shop owner everyone buy's them i have four and proudly rock them everyday :)
240252, I love all this music that you've posted. I'm new to this stuff, thanks to people like you and my own tendency to "wander" on the internet. I'm not sure what "popcorn" music is, so could you point out a song that's posted on YouTube that is considered "popcorn" music? Thanks for the education.
Add to this list two of my favorite 20s bands, Waring's Pennsylvanians and Paul Whiteman. Both went way past popcorn to what we used to call "elevator music."
Funny and charming. How I love to listen to this kind of music. Thanks for posting it.

I can live without the cloche hats, but Jan Garber's music will never go out of style at my house.

Hard to believe that this great record is by the same band that was so popular in the '30's.
