@colddrake80 According to the website the contents are: SOF Tactical tourniquet x1 Control wrap 4 x1 Crinkle gauze x 1 Emergency blanket x1 Bi-lingual instruction card Casualty marker panel What i understand it to be is a kit, that only containes the bare minimum, to throw at a casualty in need of. This could be a civilian, or combatant... I imagine a scenario like running for cover, RPGs and so, and throwing this to a soldier that can't be moved... Then you can still help!
