Peter Gianci was not a 'hero' on 911. He was killed by a jumper while he was performing a 'battlefield promotion ceremony' to promote 5 firemen who would not otherwise have been eligible for promotion based solely on test results and length of service. Gianci was no more worthy of receiving 911accolades than an average citizen who might have been killed by a jumper.

Somme of the radio relays were on top of WTC, and this was the reason why the communicatiosn were out of order when the 1st building collapsed.

This clearly shows the limits of complex trunked radio systems in such catastrophic situation.

1) Why such Insurance policy was written? why WTC damage claim went to token-payer of lease holders?

2) What was in lease agreement which denied NY ports authority from getting compensation for destroyed buildings?

3) Any proof to confirm,if indeed there was any hijacking on 911, no information to confirm if indeed it was an act of terrorism.
