As much as I loved that particular scene myself it would've been inappropriate for the intended tone of the video which was supposed to be happy, joyous, and celebratory. Although Morse is one of my favourite programmes of all time, this video is not exclusively a Morse video. The death of Morse is superb, but is a sad, heart-wrenchingly tragic scene that would have taken away from the positive upbeat feeling I wanted the video to have.

Nicely done... As a German I don't know *all* the British productions used in this, but still quite a lot (and I'm actually missing the James Herriot vet series that I saw as a wee little Kraut on German TV! And Where's the Catweazle? The Wombles?)

Anyways - this song (in this version) together with images the *tiniest* bit nice almost always brings tears to my eyes, it's just that wonderful! Thanks for your take on it!

Thanks. This is probably the most ambitious thing I've tried since my Time Crash video. It took ages to find the right clips, plan a good position for them and edit them together, but I'm happy with the end result. I just hope people can wait before the individual tributes get made, lol.
